Recording a Referral from a Salesforce Contact Record
To record a new referral with Orca:
From the Orca Platform Analytics tab, navigate to a customer Contact
In the top right corner, click the Record a Referral button. A new window will appear.
Fill in Customer Contact
Note: Names are pulled from Contacts in Salesforce. In the event, the name does not appear, be sure to make sure the Contact itself has been created correctly
Select the best method to contact the prospect and what product they are interested in
If the prospect contact already exists, fill in the contact. If it does not, Click Create Prospect Contact, to make a new contact
If applicable, add the opportunity or create a new opportunity
Add notes and submit
