This feature allows a user to utilize email templates to connect customers and prospects as well as follow-up emails through the Orca application.

  1. From Setup, enter Enhanced Email in the Quick Find box, then select Enhanced Email.

  2. Simply, click the Enable button under the description. If already enabled, the button will give you the option to Disable. In that case, no action is necessary.
