My Domain Salesforce URL.

Orca requires the Salesforce account to have a custom My Domain address.

With a My Domain, you can include your company name in your URL, for example, orca.my.salesforce.com. You can also customize your login page, add your logo, and change the color scheme.

If your domain already includes a customized name related to the company or user, jump to the next step. If not, and your domain contains a variety of numbers and letters, follow the next steps.

To create your own subdomain, use the Salesforce Identity My Domain feature.

How To:

  1. Enter the Setup screen by selecting the Gear in the top right corner.

  2. From Setup, enter My Domain in the Quick Find box on the left side of your screen, then select My Domain.

  3. Click Edit then enter the name that you want to use for your My Domain. Your name can include up to 34 letters, numbers, and hyphens.

    1. Salesforce adds the rest of the domain name.

  4. Click Check Availability. If your name is already taken, choose a different one.

  5. Click Register Domain.

  6. You receive an email when your subdomain name is ready for testing. It can take a few minutes.
